Antique Maps by Bernard de Roy (*1638 - 1707)

Bernard de Roy, also Roij, was a Dutch engineer and land surveyor during the second half of the 17th century. He was best known for his magnificent wall map of the province of Utrecht, which was authoritative until the 19th century.
