Antique map of Holstein by Christoph Weigel. Below the Elbe with Hamburg to Lauenburg and Boizenburg. The historical landscapes are highlighted by the colouring: Wagiren from Kiel Fjord to Lübeck Bay, Dithmarschen on the North Sea coast from the Elbe to the Kiel Canal, Stormarn with Pinneberg. In the east with Fehmarn and Lübeck, in the north to Schleswig and Kiel. Decorated with beautiful title cartouche. From Bequemer Schul- und Reisen-Atlas also titled Atlas scholasticus et itinerarius by Christoph Weigel. Weigel's well-known travel atlas, which he published in collaboration with Professor Johann David Köhler.
